Returns
Our services and products are customized and cannot be returned, however your complete satisfaction is always our goal. If you experience any issues with any part of your order please contact us at customerservice@greatvideo.net and we will do what we can to make it right
Refunds
If you are completely unsatisfied with any products or services, and we are not able to make it right please email us at customerservice@greatvideo.net and describe in detail your request for a refund. All refunds will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and may include a partial or full refund.
If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card within three business days of approval. The credit should appear on your credit card account within 10 business days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Invoices and Sales Receipts
Invoices and Sales Receipts from Absolute Video Services are due and payable in full upon receipt. You may pay by mailing a check to Absolute Video Services, 20 N Harrison St. Batavia, IL 60510, pay via credit/debit card through the invoice emailed to you, request that a payment link be emailed to you or in person with cash or local check,
