If you are local you can schedule our Free pick up service. We cover a wide chicagoland area and you can schedule pick up 7 days a week. This service is great for seinors and those who are homebound or handicaped. We are available to pick up from your home, business or office locally, Free of charge

Once your tapes/materials have been processed and your order is completed, we will pay for the return shippng to you and send you a tracking number

You just need to securely package your tapes and materials, seal and tape your package very well and then ship out to our Batavia Illinois video transfer center for processing.  Once we receive your order we will send you an email confirmation and beging to prepare your order by organizing and numbering each tape.  When completed we will pay for shipping and send you tracking information for the return shipping
